Bill Hodgeman, Senior Pastor
Bill Hodgeman is a native New Englander and has served in churchesin New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. He’s a graduate of Azusa PacificUniversity (Communication, Bible) and Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary(Masters of Divinity). Bill loves sports, reading, cooking and spending timewith his family—but his greatest passion is to see lives changed by thetransforming love of Jesus. Bill serves as the Senior Pastor – concentratingon preaching, leadership development and helping Crossroads to love God, loveothers and make disciples who make disciples. Bill and Beth have two children(Brennan &Evie).

Vinnie Cappetta, Associate Pastor
Vinnie Cappetta is the associate pastor at Crossroads. He helps organize the counseling, small group, and welcoming processes. A native of Connecticut, Vinnie has worked in the Framingham area since 1999. He and his wife Heather have three daughters, Mikayla, Megan, and Morgan.

Patricia Rhoades, Office Administrator
Patricia Rhoades joined the Church in 2009 after attending for a year. In her full time position as administrator between the Church and the Childcare Center, Patricia enjoys being involved in the full range of Church life and ministry support. Her job with Crossroads is a new venture after running a commercial design business for over ten years in the New England area and working in the retail construction industry. Patricia graduated from Bard College with a degree in Art.

Michelle Mula, Childcare Center Director
Michelle Mula has been part of the Crossroads family from her earliest memories. A graduate of Eastern Nazarene College, Michelle has faithfully served her church family in a variety of roles from teaching and Vacation Bible School to book keeping and as the office administor. As the Director of the Childcare Center, Michelle combines her wonderful administrative skills with her love for children and teaching.
