Bruce Hanlon, Senior Pastor

Bruce Hanlon is a native of Framingham and has attended Crossroads since his family first began attending when he was only 3. A graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, Bruce spent time on the mission field in Kenya before coming back "home" to serve the greater Framingham community.  He and his wife Sarah have a daughter named Grace.

Vinnie Cappetta, Associate Pastor

Vinnie Cappetta is pastor of Family Life at Crossroad. His unique gifting and passion make him a wonderful fit for this role in a growing, active church.  A native of Connecticut, Vinnie has worked in the Framingham area for almost a decade. He and his wife Heather have 2 daughters, Mikayla and Megan.

Michelle Mula, Office Administrator

Michelle Mula has been part of the Crossroads family from her earliest memories. A graduate of Eastern Nazarene College, Michelle has faithfully served her church family in a variety of roles from teaching and Vacation Bible School to book keeping and women's ministries. Michelle works both at the church and the Childcare Center as an office administrator.

Doreen Fraser, Childcare Center Director

Doreen has twenty years of professional  experience working with children, in addition to eight years of experience as a Christian day care director.  Doreen and her husband have five children and live in the local area.
