Youth Corner

The Christian Education (CE) Ministry includes youth and family programs such as TruthQuest, Senior and Junior High Youth groups, Youth Mentorship Program, Vacation Bible School and Family Matters. The Christian Education Ministry serves to guide each child and youth toward a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through classroom instruction, youth programs, mentorship relationships, prayer and encouragement. All programs under the Christian Education Ministry are family and child oriented.  Lastly, all teachers and youth leaders must pass a state CORI check before being allowed to minister to our youth. 

We Believe...

• Our children and youths are vital members of today's church
• Our children and youths are the legacy and heritage of the church. We as a body will invest our time and resources to minister to them at their level.
• The primary responsibility for training Christian children and youths lays within the family. The CE Ministry serves to reinforce and provide training and spiritual support for parents.

Senior High & Junior High Youth Groups

The purpose of Crossroad's youth group ministry is to meet the needs of Junior High (6th through 8th grade) and Senior High (9th through 12th) by providing a safe haven where the Word of God is modeled through action and instruction.  More specifically we serve to bring these youths to salvation and to challenge them in their spiritual walk with Christ.  Youth Group is a fun and safe environment where positive relationships are built among peers and Crossroads youth leaders as one way to reach out to the community and church family.  

Led by fun-loving people from the church, both youth groups have a safe place to call their own on Friday and Sunday nights.  They are blessed with a Christ-centered ministry designed just for them.  Please call the church office to contact Crossroads youth leaders.

The Christian Education Ministry is always in need of volunteers to help run its various programs. If you love kids and wish to see them grow in their relationship with Jesus please contact the church office. Volunteers are needed for the following:

• TruthQuest teacher aids and/ or substitute teachers
• Mentoring a youth
